STRAPMASTER ASSEMBLY

Mount the retruction system to the upper roof bow using screws or blind rivets.
Optional for roof bows under 140 mm:
Attach the adapter plate with the built-in retruction system to the roof bow so that the hinge can move freely.
Pay attention:
Before starting installation, determine the number and spacing of the retruction systems. This also applies to the other side.

Push the open end of the tension strap (max. width 5 cm) through the guide roller.

Pull the tension strap to the opposite side of the structure and push the open end through the pulley there too.
Pay attention:
The strap must not be twisted.

The tension straps can be positioned flexibly, and diagonal lashing is also possible.
When unloading, the Strapmaster system with the return function ensures that the tension straps are automatically retracted to their 90° position after the ratchets have been loosened and are immediately ready for use again.
BELT BRAKE
If the tension strap is slack, remove it from the system. Pull the guide roller out of the system and rotate it 180°. Push the tension strap back through the guide roller.
Due to the smaller opening when at rest, the tension strap can easily get caught in the system. It is preferably sufficient to do this on the front system.
